ROK Golf Memberships benefits can bee used at all ROK Golf locations in the market where purchased. Customers join a "home" facility however the bay hours / lessons can be used at any ROK Golf in your market.
Term memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE for any reason.
Recurring Membership Cancellation: ROK Golf recurring memberships require a 30-day notice for cancellation.
Term Membership Pause Policy: Term Memberships at ROK Golf can be paused ONE TIME per term for a minimum of 2 months and maximum of 6 months and only for medical reasons with appropriate medical confirmation from a physician or extended out of town travel. A one month fee will be charged to re-activate the membership. One month fee is the average monthly fee for the term.
Membership Family Policy: A family can share but not split memberships. A family is considered to be a household including parents and their children under 21 living in that home. A family has one primary member. The primary member can share their single bay with their spouse or children for no extra charge. However a family can not split the membership. Splitting is where the non-primary spouse and/or children use bay hours separately / independently. Family's can split their membership for $25 / month / member. The number of hours does not change, but each paying family member can use the hours independently with the fee.
Member Guest Policy: Members can bring guests to play with at ROK Golf. Like a country club, this policy is to enable members to enjoy ROK Golf with their friends but not for a guest to "piggyback" off of the member. For this reason there is a 4 hours / month and 20 hours per year limit to the number of times any guest can play as a guest with any member at ROK Golf. The Guest rate for a member is $20 / hour / guest.
11 Membership Hours ("Member Hour") are reserved hours included in a ROK Golf membership. A member can use a maximum of 1 Member Hour per day. Member Hours do not accrue or rollover to the next month, they are "use it or lose it". Member Hours are not transferable or shareable and include the member only.
12 Performance Upgrade: The performance upgrade adds 1 highly discounted lesson ("Performance Lesson") per month to be used by the member. Performance Lessons do not accrue and do not rollover to the next month, they are also "use it or lose it" which is represented in the deep discounted price. The performance upgrade will be billed on the membership anniversary day along with the membership fee itself.
