ROK Golf ATX LLC Terms of Service‍

‍2. Membership and Service Usage Eligibility: ROK GOLF services, including memberships and bookings, are available to individuals 18 years or older. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of their guardian. Membership: Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who has registered for the membership. Misuse of membership privileges may result in termination without refund. Private Facility Access: Only ROK GOLF Members are granted access to facilities during private member-only events and hours. Booking Policy: All bookings for the use of simulators, events, or lessons must be made in advance. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees.

‍3. Payment and Fees Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees for services, memberships, bookings, or other events as listed on our website or at the time of booking. Payments are due at the time of service or as otherwise specified in our payment plans. Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Bookings canceled within the 24-hour notice period may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds. Late Fees: If payment is not completed on time, late fees may apply. ROK GOLF reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

‍4. Facility Rules and Conduct Respect for Equipment and Facility: Users must respect the facility, equipment, and other guests. Any damage to simulators, equipment, or property caused by misuse or negligence may result in a repair or replacement fee charged to the responsible individual. Code of Conduct: ROK GOLF expects users to behave in a manner that is respectful to others and in line with the family-friendly nature of the facility. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises. Safety: Users are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by staff and signage. ROK GOLF is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by failure to comply with these guidelines.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROK GOLF and its staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from: Use of or inability to use our facility, website, or services. Personal injury or property damage related to your use of our facility or equipment. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications. ROK GOLF's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
