ROK ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
The Advantage Program at ROK Golf provides maximum access to ROK Golf for a fixed price. We understand how amazing and addictive it is to practice and play at ROK (that is why we created it), but we don't want the hourly cost to limit those who want to be at ROK 6, 8, 10 or more hours per month. Our solution? The Advantage providing maximum access for one price!
The Advantage Program is offered in two different levels, Gold and Platinum. Gold is our entry level program providing significant access while the Platinum offers as much time as most can possibly handle at ROK Golf.
Advantage GOLD: 60 minutes reserved bay time each weekdays (Monday - Friday). Additional reserved time can be purchased for $35 / hour.
Advantage PLATINUM: 60 minutes reserved access everyday (including weekends) with unlimited unreserved bay time on weekdays (Monday - Friday). Additional reserved time can be purchased for $25 / hour.
Practice like the pros. Professionals worked hard to become so good at golf; practicing several hours per day, often with professional instructors and trainers, and always with technology to make sure they were "doing it right". Unfortunately most golfers do not have the environment or budget to practice like professionals. The Advantage program enables all avid golfers to learn, train and practice like pros.
Micro Lessons Included. Professional guidance is critical to improving at golf, even when you are just practicing or having fun. At ROK our mission is to make you better at golf and to achieve that goal ROK Advantage programs include our "micro-lesson" service. Micro-lessons are quick tips offered by our team ensuring customers staying on track practicing, training and playing optimally. Becoming good at golf requires repetition to "burn it in"; however if those repetitions are not good you burn in bad things. Advantage micro lesson ensure you are burning in the good!
Frequency is key. Shorter frequent sessions with technology is the optimal formula to improve at golf. Thereby the Advantage Program is intended to promote frequent shorter (30 - 60 minute) sessions for those who have easy access to ROK Golf and can fit ROK into their schedules multiple times per week. When practicing on Trackman with multiple cameras a short 30 minute session is far more powerful than hours blindly on a range. Advantage enables frequent practice on Trackman.
Due to the numerous questions / requests about the Advantage Program at ROK Golf the Rules / Terms and Conditions are extensive in an attempt to handle all common scenarios and requests.
Please be on time! ROK Golf locations have limited capacity and high demand for our services especially on bad weather days. Thereby adhering to the schedule and being on time is vital to making everyone happy. For example, it is impossible to push back the 12 - 2 reservation because the 11 - 12 was late and wants an extra 15 minutes. This scenario throws off the entire schedule.
RULES / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reserved Bay Time: Reserved bay time is defined as sessions that members block out on our schedule by calling or using our online booking systems. A members allocated bay time is considered to have been used whether the member shows up for the reservation or not. Example: Bob booked from 11:00 - 12:00 but did not show up and did not cancel / change the reservation. Bob cannot reserve another hour on that day for free, he can only used unreserved time or pay the Additional Reserved fee to reserve a slot.
Unreserved Bay Time: Unreserved bay time is anytime that is not blocked out on the schedule. If a customer is using their unreserved bay time and the store requires that bay for another Advantage reserved, event, lesson or hourly fee customer than the unreserved player will be asked to give up the bay. Example: Bob booked from 11 - 12. After he is done at 12 he wanted to keep playing. The bay was not needed for anyone else so Bob keeps going. At 12:30 another customer walked in and wanted a bay but the only available bay was Bob's. Bob must relinquish his bay for the other customer.
Reservation Modifications: Reservation changes are subject to availability due to limited capacity at ROK Golf. Reservations are for the time slot defined by the reservation and DO NOT CHANGE if a guest is late. Reservations will be held for a customer if they let the team know they will be late. Reservations are not held if a member does not call and does not show up on time. Example: An Advantage Platinum member reserved from 3 PM to 4 PM and the guest arrives late at 3:30 PM and did not call or change their reservation. If there is no availability from 4 - 4:30 the reservation still ends at 4:00 PM and the full reserved hour is considered expired for that day because the time was blocked out on the schedule.
Late / No Show Policy: At ROK Golf we have limited capacity and on busy days we will be 100% full. No shows and last minute cancellations limit our ability to serve all customers. A reservation is considered to be cancelled if the customer is not present at the start of the reservation and notification of the requested change was not confirmed. As soon as a reservation is cancelled it can be used for another customer. All modifications within 24 hours must be completed via the online booking or via phone and are subject to availability. Email notifications are not acceptable for reservation changes within 24 hours. No shows will be charged the additional hourly rate. Example: Advantage member Bob booked from 12 - 1. The store was full and there are a few customers waiting for a bay. At 12:00 Bob was not there and did not call to notify that he would be late. Bob's reservation is cancelled and the guests are put into the bay that Bob reserved. Bob shows up at 12:15 but no longer has a reservation. Since Bob did show up a no-show fee will not be charged. If Bob did not show up at all, a no show fee of $25 would be accessed.
Use-It-Or-Lose-It: All Advantage bay time benefits expire daily and do not accrue. Example: If an advantage member does not use their time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they do NOT have 3 additional hours to use on Thursday or Friday.
Pausing the Program: We understand that some of our customers travel for extended periods which negatively impacts the value of the Advantage Program. Cases like this can be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the customer and program purchased. Advantage Plan does NOT Include: Full ROK Lessons, tournament fees, league fees, guest fees, food / beverage, events, equipment.
Advantage Plan Guest Policy: Advantage program members may bring a guest during their reserved time. The guest fee is $25 / hour / player. The same guest may not join the advantage member more than 2 hours per month for non-family, 4 hours / month for family. Spouses / domestic partners may join for $20 / hour. Children under 16 are welcome free of charge.
Family Sharing Policy: Family members (spouse & children only) may share on of the ROK Advantage Packages for a 25% surcharge for one additional adult, 40% for two additional adults. Sharing the plan DOES NOT ADD ADDITIONAL HOURS OR BENEFITS. The family now has the same amount of time as an individual. Members may share with children under 16 free of charge. Example: Bob joins for $200 / month. Bob wants to share with his spouse. The rate for Bob and his spouse to share the plan is $200 + ($200 x 25%) = $250 / month. If Bob want to share with his spouse and child the price would be be $200 + ($200 x 40%) = $280.
Family Add-On Policy: Families may ADD-ON a adult family member for a 20% additional discount of the current price which would add additional hours / lessons. Example: Bob joins for $200 / month. Bob's spouse can add their own Advantage program for $160 / month.
