Phil Snow - Head Golf InstructorROK Golf's Head Golf Instructor Phil Snow began teaching golf after finishing his Division I college golfer starting at Michigan State University and at finishing at University of Nevada-Reno in 2012. With a Big 10 Championship win in 2008, Phil finished his collegiate career with multiple Top 20 finishes for the Wolfpack.
Having taught and played high level competitive golf in the modern tech era of golf, Phil's methods and philosophies work seamlessly with all of the Trackman powered bays at ROK Golf. Looking at each student holistically, Phil creates an instruction / training program that will optimize results for the given student understanding their strengths and weaknesses, physical limitations and advantages and mental fortitude. At ROK Golf there is not a one-size-fits-all mentality. There are golf swing fundamentals that can be realized in unlimited variations; no two people or golf swings are the same. Cory Pieper - Performance CoachHaving joined ROK Golf in 2021, Cory Pieper brings over a decade of dedicated experience in the golf industry. With a deep passion for golf and a commitment to continuous learning, Cory holds certifications from renowned organizations including Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), US Kids Golf, and Functional Movement Systems (FMS).
As a PGA Associate, Cory combines technical expertise with a personalized teaching approach. Emphasizing a philosophy rooted in movement and body mechanics, Cory believes in understanding each golfer's unique physical capabilities before crafting a tailored swing. Ben Causgrove - Master Fitter and InstructorDrawing from his experience as a Master Club Fitter for a leading manufacturer, Ben has seen many golfers who wouldn't benefit immediately from new equipment due to their current playing level. Ben joined ROK Golf with a goal of prioritizing golfer's performance and consistency in a player-focused environment.

Greg Richard - ROK InstructorGreg was born in Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in the North Texas area. He started playing golf at the age of 5 and competed in many junior golf tournaments from the age of 7 through high school. He earned college scholarships and competed against other top college players across the country. During his college competitive years, Greg won several individual honors and helped his team qualify for the NJCAA Championship where he finished 24 th in the nation. After college, Greg became an Assistant Golf Professional where he worked at some of the top golf clubs in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area including Las Colinas Sports Club (former host of the Byron Nelson Golf Classic). During his time as an Assistant Golf Professional, Greg taught both individual lessons as well as men’s and women’s clinics and won several Assistant Pro Golf tournaments including the Assistants Championship as well as several Pro-Am events in the D/FW area.
Greg’s love of competition took him on the road where he competed professionally both in the U.S. and Asia. After several years of competition, Greg wanted to get back to what he does best, helping others improve their golf game. Greg has many years of teaching experience and has spent hundreds of hours studying many of the top players swings over the years. Greg uses his competitive and teaching experience to help others reach their golf goals. |
