ROK Lesson Packages are highly effective budget friendly lessons. A perfect mix of time in the bay with an instructor, in a 1 hour ROK Lesson you are hitting balls in the bay for 60 minutes while a pro is working with you 1/2 of the time. This is inline with the model at ROK Golf which focuses more on more frequent guided training / practice with smaller amounts of instruction time per session.
