Become a ROK Golf Member and join an incredible community of local golfers looking to learn or improve at this game, or who just love having an awesome "golf cave" to use as they want. Our memberships provide the most access to ROK Golf facilities and services for low monthly rates. The optimal membership plan is determined by the frequency and length of visits to a ROK Golf facility as well as your golf goals. Performance memberships include one lesson per month at a discounted rate which must be used in the month.
Membership Terms and Conditions
1) All ROK Golf Memberships are billed monthly until cancelled (see Cancellation Policy Below).
2) Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships include a specific amount of reserved bay time per day, weekday or week. All included reserved time is "use it or lose it" and does not accrue.
3) ROK Golf memberships grant access to both Bee Cave or Westlake. Membership will have have a "home location" (Bee Cave / Westlake) for organizational purposes.
4) "Performance" membership include 1 instruction session per month which is "use it or lose it" and does not accrue. 5) Memberships include discounted rates on additional lessons and additional reserved hours at ROK Golf.
6) Cancellation Policy A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or via phone (512-856-4653) to ROK Golf. If you cancel your membership, any unused portion of the membership period will not be refunded. The cancellation notice must be given 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month,
7) Refund Policy Membership fees at ROK Golf are non-refundable. Once your membership is activated, the fee covers access to our facility and benefits for the full duration of your membership period. If you choose to cancel your membership, any unused portion will not be refunded. However, we’re always happy to assist if you have concerns or need help with your membership.
8) Liability Waiver By purchasing a ROK Golf Membership, you acknowledge that participation in any golf activities at ROK Golf is at your own risk. ROK Golf shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by members while on the premises. Members are responsible for their personal belongings. ROK Golf is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
9) Code of Conduct Members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.
