ROK Golf was created from an outside perspective and examined the "why's" of the traditional golf instruction model. Why are they fixed length? Why are the so expensive? Why do they rarely include technology? Why is there so much time between lessons? Similarly we challenged the unfortunate modern trend of "YouTube instruction" where students rely on remote video sessions or simply just videos. Ironically there is a common factor between the old and new; both were designed to be the lowest cost, most profitable and most convenient for the instructors and not designed to be the most effective, or affordable, for the students. We didn't like that, so we came up with something better, something that puts the student first and makes their betterment our primary goal.
